This town house had been lived in for approximately 8 years by the same residents prior to our arrival. As you can see the housekeeper appeared to have quit 7 years prior. We scrubbed every floor, wall, and ceiling in the house with TSP, then applied multiple coats of Killz primer prior to painting. We also installed previously installed laminate flooring in the Dining room, Kitchen, and hallway as well as new tile in the front entry way. The basement was undeveloped and we eventually turned half of it into a bedroom, including installing ceramic tile and previouls installed laminate flooring as well as a previously installed drop down ceiling. We also improved the "bathroom" that was in place, installing a counter and sink with mirrors, medicine cabinet, and had future plans of installing a shower but the unit was sold before hand. Our work significantly increased the sale vaule of the unit however.
Pallet deck project. Here we have a basic, ground level pallet deck. Once the pallets were sourced the job took a couple days (LONG 30+ degree days). But in the end the customer was happy with it and thats all that matters.
